Robin Grebing, BSEd, MBA, EdD, is an associate professor of higher education leadership and the director of Maryville’s Higher Education Leadership Program, where she trains future college and university administrators. Dr. Grebing has over eleven years of administrative experience at 2- and 4-year institutions of higher learning. As the director of an online campus, she supervised academic offerings, comprehensive student support services, instructional technologies, the learning management system, accreditation, and community outreach. In the role of director of institutional effectiveness and planning, she provided leadership for assessment, program review, compliance, and accreditation. Dr. Grebing has been a change agent across many roles, introducing retention planning, an intrusive advising model she calls “flipped advising,” and course development processes. Additionally, she supervised the planning and implementation of a community portal and migration to cloud services for the learning management system.
