Maryville’s online bachelor’s in business administration includes 128 credit hours: general education (30 credits), business core (39 credits), business major (27 credits), and elective courses (32 credits). Choose to focus your degree in emphasis areas such as accounting, finance, healthcare, or information systems. Core business courses can be completed online in as few as two years with eligible general education transfer credits.

Business Administration Electives

Choose six online courses from at least two different areas of business, maximum of four in one area (two courses at 200 level, remaining at 300 level or above): ACCT, BUS, selected COMM, ECON, FIN, ISYS, MGMT, MKT, SPTM with internship also as an option.

Admission requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale (high school) / 2.0 on a 4.0 scale (college)*
  • Official transcripts from all colleges or universities previously attended
  • Official high school transcript (required for applicants with fewer than 60 transfer hours from a regionally accredited school)
  • Eligible transfer credits accepted; associate degree completion may satisfy general education requirements
