As assistant professor of educational leadership at Maryville University, Renee Schuster draws from her experience as superintendent at both the Community Consolidated School District 181 in Hinsdale, Illinois, and the Francis Howell School District in St. Charles, Missouri. Before serving in those roles, she was executive director of student services at Ladue School District and principal and speech-language pathologist in the Hazelwood School District. During that time, she received the Education Progress Award from Partners for Progress and the St. Charles Journal Best School Administrator of 2008 Award. She holds an EdD in Educational Leadership from St. Louis University.
